Rohit Mehta

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rohit Mehta is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global X Investments Canada Inc. (a member of the Mirae Asset Global Investments Group), where he leads the overarching strategy and affairs of the firm. His mission: To empower Canadians to achieve their investment goals, for whatever is on their horizon. As Global X’s President and CEO, Rohit is committed to building a firm that equips investors and advisors with the innovative ETF solutions needed for modern portfolios.

Greg Sainsbury

General Counsel

Greg Sainsbury is General Counsel for Global X Investments Canada Inc. Mr. Sainsbury has been with Global X since 2011 and is responsible for all legal functions. Prior to joining Global X in 2011, Mr. Sainsbury practiced corporate and securities law as an associate with a large Toronto firm. Mr. Sainsbury holds a JD from University of Toronto Faculty of Law, in Toronto, Ontario and a BA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Julie Stajan

Chief Financial Officer

Julie Stajan is the Chief Financial Officer of Global X Investments Canada Inc. Mrs. Stajan oversees day-to-day corporate accounting including IFRS and management reporting, tax and regulatory financial reporting and payroll activities. Prior to this, Mrs. Stajan was vice-president of Finance & Investment Funds of JovFunds Management Inc., a subsidiary of Jovian Capital Corporation, from 2006 to 2011. From 2001 to 2005, Mrs. Stajan worked in public accounting as part of KPMG Canada’s financial services audit practice. Mrs. Stajan graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and holds the Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) designation.

Stephanie Wolfe

Executive Vice-President, Head of Marketing

Stephanie Wolfe is the Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing for Global X Investments Canada Inc. Ms. Wolfe oversees the marketing and communications activities for the organization. She brings more than two decades of experience driving growth and innovation in the financial services sector with both advisors and investors. Previously, Ms. Wolfe was the Head of Canada Marketing at BlackRock and most recently, served as Strategic Advisor, Women’s Segment for BMO Private Wealth. Ms. Wolfe graduated with a BA from the University of Waterloo and holds a Masters Certificate in Marketing from Schulich School of Business, York University.

Chris McHaney

Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Management and Strategy

Chris McHaney is the Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Management and Strategy at Global X Investments Canada Inc. Chris is an experienced investment professional with a deep understanding of the ETF industry and ecosystem in Canada, with more than twenty years of experience covering portfolio management, investment strategy and policy, product development, and sales. Prior to joining Global X, he served as BMO Global Asset Management’s Director, Portfolio Manager, where he oversaw the management of both passive and active strategies, derivative overlays, foreign exchange exposures and cross-asset portfolios. Chris holds an Honors Business Administration degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Hyun Su Ahn

Executive Vice President, Head of Product and Operations

Hyun Su Ahn is Executive Vice President, Head of Product and Operations for Global X Investments Canada Inc. In his role, Mr. Ahn leads the Global X team product development initiatives and is overseeing the transformation of the company’s operations. Mr. Ahn has been with Mirae Asset Global Investments since 2010 and prior to joining Global X in 2022, held the position of Executive Director, Global ETF Management Division, overseeing global ETFs and the strategic ETF global business plan and operations for Mirae Asset Global Investments in Seoul, Korea. Prior to joining Mirae Asset in 2010, he worked at Yurie Asset Management on Index and ETF investments. Mr. Ahn earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Financial Engineering from Korea University.
